Instructions: At the first sign of an outbreak, apply Total Relief™ liquid to the site with a cotton swab. Apply outside the affected area as well, one-half inch is sufficient. Reapply as needed to stop pain, swelling, itching, and heat at the site. Two to three applications are usually enough to stop outbreaks and hold viruses in check. If you are experiencing a huge breakout, apply to a cotton gauze patch and leave it on the area overnight.
Shingles and warts can be treated the same way. Simply apply to the outbreak several times a day.
